Working remotely from Livonia — my experience

I've been working remotely from Livonia for 6 years now. Here's my take:

The pace of life here is perfect for remote work. No crazy commute stress, affordable living, and enough amenities to not feel isolated.

Cost of living: pretty reasonable
Internet: Could be better but workable with a good provider
Coworking spaces: Growing number of options

If you're looking for a place to WFH, Livonia is underrated for remote workers.

Don't sleep on Eastside. It's up and coming and still affordable.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Cedar Hills. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Lakewood and Cedar Hills are perfectly safe.

Great post! One thing I'd mention is check out the local Facebook groups for neighborhood info. Makes a big difference.
