Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. With a population of 27,591, Lochearn is a smaller city. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
