How much do you pay for rent in Lochearn?

So, I'm originally from Los Angeles and Crime rate is something to consider -Lochearn sits at 1,338.5 per 100K. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,433/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,433 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Pros:
- Nice parks and trails
- Growing food scene
- Good healthcare facilities

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited public transit
- Not very walkable
- Lack of diversity
