Is Lochearn walkable?

OK so I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $265,200, which seems about average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Anyone in a similar situation? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Atlanta it's underrated.
