Is Lochearn worth it salary-wise?

Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 27,591, Lochearn is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $265,200 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience? Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Uptown area are better than expected. Kids love it here.
