Job hunting in Lodi -tips?

Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2010. Poverty rate is 9.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 67,008 people. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Lodi sits at 350.5 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.
