Moving to Lodi -what should I know?

Hello, I'm single, late 40s, and Median household income is $84,402, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $468,800, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? Thanks in advance!

Used to live on the Springfield side, now on the Greenfield side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
