Moving to Lodi -what should I know?
Curious what people think. I'm single, late 40s, and The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,946 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts. TIA! Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
