I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $84,570 in Lodi. You can expect to pay around $1,675 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
