Working in Lodi -salaries realistic?

Homes are going for about $449,200 on average. With a population of 25,946, Lodi is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
