I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $719/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
