Longtime lurker here, It's a a smaller city city with about 53,923 people. Homes are going for about $341,000 on average. Rent is about $1,070/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 13.4%, which is around average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any help is appreciated.
