Logan vs Charlotte -which is better?

Random thought, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 1,736 people. Household incomes average around $31,100 in Logan. The median home value here is around $86,300, which is actually reasonable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Midtown. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in marketing. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Korean.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
