We have two kids and Rent is about $1,480/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 14,878 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thanks! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to.
