Anyone regret moving to Loma Linda?

First post here. I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Loma Linda sits at 314.1 per 100K. Household incomes average around $82,824 in Loma Linda. The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $557,800 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
