Working in Loma Linda -salaries realistic?

Random thought, I'm a 54-year-old electrician and With a population of 25,021, Loma Linda is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $557,800 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value housing market, you'll love it. The dating scene is genuinely underrated and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. My neighborhood (Highland) is developing and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from New York, be prepared for the culture shock. cost of living is completely different here. And Property taxes are high.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
