Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and Homes are going for about $433,800 on average. Household incomes average around $70,038 in Lompoc. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Does this match your experience? Thanks for reading. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
