Best companies to work for in Londonderry?

Alright, I'm a college student here and With a population of 12,307, Londonderry is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 12,307 people. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $433,100 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Midtown for 11 years. Moved from Baltimore for retirement. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is improving. We bought in 2024 at k and it's now worth about the same than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 1-bed in a safe area. Older homes are where the value is.

**Employment:**
consulting is strong here. tech is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are reasonable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
I'm still on the fence after all this time. The outdoor scene is solid - we have hiking trails within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Midtown schools are average. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Limited public transit options. Limited high-paying job options. And nightlife can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For remote workers, I'd say this is a 9/10. Happy to answer more specific questions.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 7 years here, that's my honest assessment.
