Hi all, We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Londonderry sits at 75.3 per 100K. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
