Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a small town city with about 5,070 people. Poverty rate is 10.0%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
