Lone Grove quality of life -am I missing something?

I'm originally from Seattle and With a population of 5,070, Lone Grove is a small town. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $884 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to.

Bought a house here in 2018 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
