Is Lone Tree still affordable?

Alright, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Lone Tree sits at 310.7 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 14,136 people. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
