Working remotely from Lone Tree

Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. Median household income is $125,699, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Pittsburgh it's decent.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The walkability is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a sales manager who relocated here from New York about 1 years ago. The main reasons were retirement and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Nightlife is limited

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are manageable, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Hope this helps!.
