Hey everyone, My partner and I are Household incomes average around $83,969 in Long Beach. You can expect to pay around $1,803 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
