What Long Beach does better than anywhere else

So, I'm a 24-year-old social worker and With a population of 16,876, Long Beach is a small town. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $205,300 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Would love some local perspective. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
