Anyone else love living in Long Beach?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $2,377 for rent here. Homes are going for about $661,500 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
