Best companies to work for in Long Beach?

OK so I've been here for 7 years and The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $130,795 in Long Beach. Homes are going for about $661,500 on average. The median home value here is around $661,500, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Let me know your thoughts. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if healthcare matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
