What Long Beach does better than anywhere else

Hi all, I'm a 55-year-old marketing manager and The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 34,741 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.
