First post here. Poverty rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
