Hello, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Longmeadow sits at 63.5 per 100K. Median household income is $144,639, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
