Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 98,958, Longmont is a smaller city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
