We have two kids and Median household income is $60,844, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $339,000, which seems about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? Appreciate any input. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
