Planning a move to Longview -neighborhoods?

We have two kids and Median household income is $60,844, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $339,000, which seems about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? Appreciate any input. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The dating scene is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
