Longwood job market vs Tampa

Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The median home value here is around $327,400, which seems about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? TIA!

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
