Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 10 months ago and Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 5.0%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $103,435, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
