Things that make Lorain unique

First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $839 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Let me know your thoughts. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Came here for family and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The weather is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
