Anyone else love living in Los Alamos?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $458,200 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Miami it's better than expected.

Bought a house here in 2023 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The dating scene is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
