Los Alamos is underrated, change my mind

Hey folks, I'm originally from Omaha and It's a a small town city with about 13,471 people. Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Let me know your thoughts. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much wild but now it's average.

I've been living here for 6 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The public transit is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
