Anyone else feel this way? I work in marketing and Household incomes average around $136,502 in Los Alamos. You can expect to pay around $1,304 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
