Couple moving to Los Altos from out of state

First post here. Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. What do you all think? Thanks! The city has invested a lot in new development.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
