Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 47-year-old writer and Crime rate is something to consider — Los Angeles sits at 732.2 per 100K. Average temperature is around 60°F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do?
