Hello, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,879/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 5.3%, which is about average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? TIA! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
