Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 60°F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $80,366 in Los Angeles. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
