What to expect moving to Los Gatos?

Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 32,773 people. You can expect to pay around $2,969 for rent here. The median home value here is around $2,000,001, which is pretty steep. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much competitive but now it's decent.
