Hey folks, Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $232,700, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $63,696 in Los Lunas. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Los Lunas? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
