Hey folks, I'm retired and Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $34,324 in Los Molinos. It's a a small town city with about 1,590 people. Homes are going for about $220,300 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
