Affordable areas near Loudonville?

Hello, We're a young couple and Rent is about $1,891/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
