OK so I'm a teacher here and Household incomes average around $131,806 in Loudonville. Homes are going for about $370,200 on average. Rent is about $1,891/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,891 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
