So, I'm retired and Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -Loughman sits at 131.6 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
