Planning a move to Louisville -neighborhoods?

Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $835,000 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned?

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much reasonable but now it's solid.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The outdoor recreation is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
