Curious what people think. I'm single, late 30s, and You can expect to pay around $1,069 for rent here. Rent is about $1,069/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.
